Layered sponge cake with strawberry filling and whipped cream sandwiched in between!Strawberries are one of the fruits that has a HUGE fan-base to begin with, so anything strawberry just lights up a glint in the eye.
Looking at the pictures, makes me very tempted to modify this to Mango Shortcake. Hmmm... we'll see when the cravings kick in. ;)
