Lemon Fluffy

I didn't quite enjoy the lemon fluffy, particularly because it sank and the texture became so dense. I am guessing I deflated the egg whites while beating so yeah. The tangy taste however, was very interesting. Maybe I'd give it another go, JUST MAYBE. :P
