Mango Swiss Roll

The soft sponge cake melted in my mouth with the sweet mango filling dancing about inside my mouth. Allow me to say it was so FAN-BLOODY-TASTIC heavenly! I'm such a sweet tooth, I know right! :P

It was also on that day I made my first Swiss Rollie that I learnt they are best to be consumed within a day, because the next day it hardened a little and didn't taste quite as nice, texture-wise. ;)
