I was on the crazy matcha frenzy, I had to have anything matcha. I have always found mochi's reallyyyyy hard to make because the glutinous rice flour is so sticky, it gets on my nerves. I've made Mango Mochi before, and they were quite successful, taste-wise that is. Presentation failed, so I dare not post up pictures of it. :P
