Chocolate Eclaire

When I attempted to make the eclaire, I was actually quite scared it might turn out a failure. It seems REALLY hard, but it's not too bad, really. Although I reckon the steps are a tad bit arduous and I ended up having a lot of dishes to wash up. But overall, it was all good.

And I was needless to say, very happy! :D Even more so when I see The Brudder polishing up my homemade eclaires. Yay!
