Sakura Sushi Express

Sakura Sushi Express is my favourite sushi place since college years. It is located on Hardware Lane, right below Taylors College so it was pretty convenient for me back then.

I would come down and take-away two rolls of 'karaage roll' then head back up to finish my homework. Even during my university years, I would walk all the way back to Sakura just to have my fix of karaage roll.

I love mine best with mayo, although you have the choice of choosing between sweet chilly and something else I don't remember, sorry. Regardless, I highly recommend the karaage roll - really good stuff! :D

My friend had the Sakura special, which I believe is a mix of seaweed, tamago, tuna and salmon sashimi on rice.

The bowl of Sakura Special was served with a small pint of sauce which he cannot tell what it is.

Apparently, it is a tad bit sourish, but he couldn't care less to find out what it is and just poured everything in. (T_T)" Well, he said it tasted alright, so good on him.

I can't seem to find the link to Urbanspoon, neither do I know the address. But it is located at the corner of Londales and Hardware Lane. :)

  1. Hmm there's a sushi place opposite +39 too! Pass by that place twice. Lots of people frequent there. I'm curious about it. :)
