Plan B

Because our dinner the night before was so disappointing, we decided to go for Plan B the following arvo, to make it up to our tummies.

No, Plan B not as in the other route out if Plan A fails (although alternatively we could see it in that way too), but Plan B by Becasse.

Oh yeah babeh, just look at that slab of waygu patty - tender, juicy, and succulent. I hereby dub Plan B's wagyu burger the best I've ever had. ;)

The wagyu patty is so rich in flavour, and when complimented perfectly with caramelised onions and a thin slice of melted cheddar cheese, I felt like I was in food heaven. My tastebuds were screaming frantically, "Ohhhh, yummeh max! Ohhhh, glory glory wagyu burger!"

Or if you'd prefer toast to buns, get the wagyu steak sandwich instead. I know right, just LOOK AT THAT! I can hardly take my eyes off 'em wagyu!

Don't you want to fly to Sydney already, like NOW? ;)

The next time we're there, we're definitely trying Becasse's tasting menu.
